The subjects of our cooking classes fill the spectrum that can only be limited by your imagination.  Our cooking classes are participatory (that means that you help . . . only if you care to!) so you can enjoy learning to prepare your meal right along with us!  Pick up a knife and take an seat around our intimate kitchen island as we prepare Italian dishes to die for . . . down home cookin' your mama would die for and just everyday quick and easy meals that everyone needs!  Don't forget about the last part of the class . . . enjoying the great dishes you just helped to prepare!

The dishes we prepare in our classes will vary depending on the time of year.  In thew fall and winter, you will enjoy learning to bake holiday treats . . . cookies, cakes and even Swedish Tea Rings.  In the warmer months, we also offer grilling classes which  will cover preparation of various meats . . .  Ribs, Steak, Chicken, Seafood and also deserts.  Deserts on the grill?!?!?! . . .  oh yes, grilled pound cake, peaches or even avocados.  Just wait until you try them!
